3SC begins partial privatisation…Rasheed Balogun
Set to increase gate fee to 1000,500,200 respectively
stakeholders to register with  50,000,20,000 and 5,000 per year

The management of Shooting stars Sports club of Ibadan has urged its fans and supporters to prove their commitment as a stakeholder by embracing the new marketing strategies embarked upon by the management aimed at augmenting the funds from the state for a successful campaign in the 2015/2016 



 Nigerian Professional League season.

Addressing Sports writers at the  press conference organized by the club held yesterday  at the Oyo FA office,Lekan salami stadium,Adamsingba Ibadan,,the General Manager of  Mr Rasheed Balogun assured the teeming supporters the oluyole warrior would of a better performance compared to the one recorded last year which was adjudged the best since 2005 and urged them to accept the new measure to be undertaking by the club which is increasing the gate fees  and identifying the fans base through payment of yearly subscription ranging from 50.000- 5,000
“The success of any club is tied to the strength of its fan base. We at Shooting star have decided to start this journey of putting  a fan base that will enable the supporter play more effective role in the affairs of the club as we take the club back to the public through 50,000 for Gold category, 20,000, for silver category and 5,000 for the bronze category. Henceforth ,1000 shall be charged for the state box ,500 for covered seat while popular side shall attract 200 naira only. He said.

On the state of the club ,Balogun debunked the story that players of the club has left en masse, as he said only Kelly Kester,Biodun Akande and left the club while Ajani Ibrahim Cletus Itodo and the rest are still with the team.  
He however concluded that a new coach for the club would be announced soon
