Dasukigate: EFFC to quiz Traditional rulers?
By Ayo Ademokoya

Economic and Financial Crime Commission may soon visit some traditional rulers’ in the country to explain the roles they played in the sharing of largesse which was misappropriated by the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

Source close to Harohkah.blogspot.com.ng who wish to remain anonymous said at the weekend that the presidency is hell bent at probing the 2.1 bilion arms deal which was shared among prominent Nigerians and that he (Buhari) does not care whose ox is gored, even if they are traditional rulers.
Investigation revealed that most Obas, Emirs and Obis in the country benefited from this funds as the were been canvassed to solicit support for the second term bid of the former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who put a lady minister of the federal cabinet and daughter of a former governor of one of the state in the South West in charge of the fund for the South West.

The lady who was said to have done the bidden of Mr President by dishing out nothing less than $250,000 each to first class Oba while the amount received by the lower class Obas is yet to be ascertain and may soon be invited by the EFCC to explain roles of each Oba in the saga and who got what.
It was also rumored that while the former President of the country was in Lagos for 2 weeks to see to personal disbursement of campaign fund an unconfirmed report stated that the former NSA boss, Sambo Dasuki was a regular face at the palace of a prominent king in the South West.

Narrating the story, our source reiterated the commitment of President Mohammad Buhari in getting to the root of the matter saw closing
“You only need to know how close Rtd Gen. Isa Jafar is to PMB, he is like a son to him and prominent member of the ruling party yet he was arrested, if only you know how powerful the Dasukis are in Sokoto you would think that with the help of Northern Oligarchy, the former NSA would be untouchable, so for Mr. President to start the cleansing from the North shows that he is not bias in the war against corruption in the country."
