The last has not been heard about the use and dump attitude of the Communication Minister of the federal Republic of Nigeria and Governorship aspirant of Oyo state, Alhaji (Barrister) Abdu-Raheem Adebayo Shittu as report reaching www.harohkah.blogspot.com.ng revealed that the Chief Security Officer, Mallam Ibrahim resigned last week Thursday over unpaid salaries and wages.

Mallam Ibrahim who was stationed at the Samonda home of the South West Coordinator of President Buhari Campaign organisation for the forthcoming election in 2019 to guard and protect his two wives and fourteen children decided to leave his post after it was clear to him that his wages and salaries running to months would never be paid by the bearded Barrister at Law.

It was also revealed that just like the case of Mallam Ibrahim, drivers of the so called the Oyo gubernatorial aspirant under the ruling party of the All People’s Congress (APC) are still owed at four months’ salary till date while lawyers at his chambers are also not paid of their wages despite the fact that their boss has acquired so much wealth within the space of about 30 months  he was appointed by the incorruptible President Mohammed Buhari as the to oversee the activities of the Communication Ministry of the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

Penultimate to these saga, we would recalled that the Oke- Oogun born politician was in the news for the wrong reasons of not paying salaries of two of his aide , a personal assistant Mr Rasaq Olubodun while his media Adviser Victor Oluwada,ilare also resigned for the same reasons recently. While, Sheik Tajudeen Abdurrahaman Al’Imam former Special Assistant on special duties to the Aagbaakin Fiwajoye of Ibadan land, who lost his wife to the cold hands of death at childbirth due to Shittu’s wickedness

All efforts to reach Barrister Shittu on Phone proved abortive but www.harohkah,blogspot,com.ng contact one of his former aide who prefer anonymity spoke in his defence that

‘Oga, cannot be earning Eight hundred thousand naira per month while his aides demands for outrageous Five hundred thousand naira per month. More so, Oga used to tell us that both Olubodun and Oluwadamilare were rehabilitated by him and got estacodes for all the foreign trips they went with him to’

Victor Oluwadamilare, the former Oyo State Nigerian Union of Journalists chairman could not hide his feeling in his response during a telephone interview with him yesterday afternoon

‘I was shocked when I heard this same defense of Barrister Shittu in the media and I wonder the kind of a leader he is trying to be. This was a man that laid  me off and wrote the cheque of 1.3 million naira out of the 13 million naira of the backlog of salaries of 28 months I am owed by the Ministry he oversee.

‘I can forward the appointment letter which bore the letter head of the Federal Ministry of Communication which shows that we were employed and to be paid by the Ministry and not from his pocket, I believe that  he receives our estacodes from the Ministry the way he collects our  salaries which he refused to pay.

‘It’s true the Ministry of Communications gives estacode when we go for foreign trips  is that the reason he is not paying our wages? Barrister Shittu till date has collected over 800,000 dollars as estacode while his salaries and other remunerations are still running so why has he collected our salaries and refused to pay them all.
