Chairman Wikki Tourists Football Club of Bauchi, Honourable Isah Musa Matori has reiterated his belief that his boys will go all
out to end the season on a high by beating Sunshine stars at home.
‘It was disappointing to have lost to Shooting Stars
by a lone goal but I immediately had a tete a tete meeting with the boys and
encouraged them never to give up, we did all we could but the match went the
way it went though we are not satisfied with some decision on the field of play
but we accept the result as our fate.
'We are in a better pole than Ifeanyi Ubah who is playing
away to MFM in Lagos. A win would spell doom for both of us,MFM and Wikki while
a win or draw in that match is to our favour so there is still hope.
'Remember we are the only hope for people from the Northern part of the country right now as all the clubs from the North has fallen by the way side.Kano Pillar,Nasarawa United,El- Kanemi Warriors,Niger Tornadoes and other clubs from the north has fallen by the way side only Wikki is in the best position right now to give joy to all Northerners right now we must double our efforts in the very last match against Sunshine stars.
'We were unlucky not pick a continental ticket last
year as we lost it to Nassarawa United with just two goal difference.
